HERE’S WHAT A NORMAL DAY LOOKS LIKE:

MINUTE 1 - 15

Your coach explains the workout of the day and leads the class in a workout-specific warm up.

MINUTE 15 - 35

Lift some weights, work on some skills. We follow 8 week strength cycles so that you learn the movement and see results!

MINUTE 35 - 40

Bathroom break, scroll through Instagram, get some water.

MINUTE 40 - 55

Our CrossFit workout of the day. It’s not easy, but that’s not what you signed up for!

MINUTE 55 - 60

Cool down, stretch, high fives, and clean up. You just completed the hardest thing that you’ll do all day. Congratulations!

M-F —5:00AM, 6:00AM, 7:00AM, 12:00PM, 4:00PM, 5:30PM

SATURDAY — 8 AM

OPEN GYM:

Our gym is open from 6:00AM to 6:30PM if you’d like to do some extra fitness
