MINUTE 15 - 35Lift some weights, work on some skills. We follow 8 week strength cycles so that you learn the movement and see results! MINUTE 35 - 40Bathroom break, scroll through Instagram, get some water. MINUTE 40 - 55Our CrossFit workout of the day. It’s not easy, but that’s not what you signed up for! MINUTE 55 - 60Cool down, stretch, high fives, and clean up. You just completed the hardest thing that you’ll do all day. Congratulations!
